This class will focus on high volume dynamic full face designs that will impress large crowds, and have repeat customers calling you back year after year.

The first hour of the class we will go over five different girl designs, and five different boy designs for high volume events. Learn how to create full faces that will wow a crowd from a distance.

The second hour of the class we will go over the behind the scenes of being a fast painter and what that means for your business. Learn how to close the line peacefully. What equipment you need on hand for happier events and artists.  How to book artists for pay per face events, banners, and pricing. We will cover working with other artists and for other companies. How to represent yourself and your company for corporations. How to create lasting relationships that will lead to even bigger success in the future. 

Equipment you will need:

  1. Black and white paraffin liner paint
  2. Round brush #2
  3. Round brush #4
  4. Small angle 5/8
  5. Large angle 1inch
  6. Petal brush
  7. Sponges
  8. Any one strokes you have
  9. Chunky glitter and loose glitter
  10. Textured stencils, such as stars or scales
  11. A practice board or watercolor paper
  12. Pen and paper to take notes 

Meet the Instructor

A little about Valerie, she's a mother of two wonderful kids, married for 15 years to her amazing husband and greatest supporter. She have been painting for the last eight years, a traveling artists, work for two companies for multiple states fairs across the country. She is currently working with an established theme park for the last four years, the creator of The Houston Body Paint Competition. She have been the showcase manager for largest body paint showcase in Texas for the Austin Convention for Entertainers for the last 7 years, completed a numerous body paint competitions, placing in several. Valerie is looking forward to teach you how speed painting can change your business.

  • Use the same email address you used when you purchased the masterclass product. This ensures your access to the class.

  • Once logged in, go to the Masterclasses section and click on the “Member's Area” tab. There, you will find the recorded masterclass.

Answer:
This is a live session. Please check the Zoom details after purchase or refer to the product image for the time and date of the masterclass.

2. Do I need to create an account on Facepaint.com?

Answer:
Yes, make sure that the email address on your Facepaint.com account matches the one you used on the day you purchased the masterclass.

3. Can I speak during the class?

Answer:
Upon entering the Zoom session, all students will be muted. However, you are allowed to speak—simply raise your hand using the emoji in Zoom. When the moderator notices, they will unmute you. Please make sure that your question or comment is relevant to the instructor’s demonstration.

Once the class is over, if there is still time, the moderator will allow everyone to speak, ask questions, share opinions, and express gratitude to the instructor and fellow face painters.

4. Will I be able to ask questions?

Answer:
Yes, you can ask questions during the class, but you must type them in the chat. The moderator will read them aloud for the instructor and students. The instructor will answer them right away. Please ensure your questions are related to the instructor’s demonstration to avoid distractions and make the best use of time.

5. If I leave during the class, will I be able to rejoin?

Answer:
Yes, as long as the class is still ongoing.
If you try to rejoin after the scheduled time, you will not be able to access the Zoom link as it will have expired.
